The Chair for Thermodynamics of Mobile Energy Conversion Systems (TME) at the RWTH Aachen University under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Pischinger is located together with the Chair of Technical Thermodynamics (LTT) as The Institute for Thermodynamics within the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
Your Profile
- Students in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Interest in helping to create lecture materials
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint
- Communication skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Your Duties and Responsibilities
You support the creation of teaching materials for a new lecture on the subject of fuel cells and batteries in mobile propulsion systems. Your tasks will include literature research on current technical developments, creating lecture slides, creating exercises, and translating lecture content between German and English.
What We Offer
The successful candidate will be employed as a student assistant.
The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date and offered for a fixed term of 3 months.
There is an option to extend the contract.
This is a part-time contract position.
The standard weekly hours will be 5-19 hours.
The salary is based on the RWTH Guidelines for Student and Graduate Assistants.
The position corresponds to a pay grade of 12,00 € per hour.
